The setting on the marina is marvelous. The cottages are very close to a nice island with an amazing beach, bay, and park. The staff and host are outstandingly accommodating. The bed comes with hypoallergenic pillows, and the amenities like a bath, shower, hairdryer, and fresh towels are nice and available.

New apartment, has incredible setting very close to the lake and a marina. Welcoming and kind people are working here. Bed is comfortable with hypoallergenic pillows, more than enough. It opens out onto lake.

It was a pleasure to meet Ricky, the host, everything was perfect. It was located in a beautiful area on a marina.

This place is a charming spot to stay while exploring the area.

This is the worst experience we have ever had on a family vacation. Arrived with three babies and left almost immediately after seeing the conditions of the buildings. After reviewing one of the cottages which had rust, mold and dilapidated structure we decided for the safety of the kids and the enjoyment of our family vacation to leave immediately. While reviewing the facility with a random lady who did not introduce herself as an employee of the trailer park we felt uncomfortable and unsafe. After expressing our disappointment, the lady attending to us informed us that her uncle will have to make a final decision on our accommodation in the trailer park. The uncle informed us that we were not thorough in our review of the numerous pictures posted online and if we had been we would have noticed that one of the cottages was a vintage 85 year old trailer. We informed him we had no desire to stay at the trailer park after we noticed he was very unreasonable, certainly unaccommodating and condescending in his tone. We were willing to forgo the three nights fee paid. Just want to make sure this doesn’t happen to anyone else.

A seating area, a work desk and a stone fireplace were handy. Marvellous location, pools were great. A handy kitchenette for cooking. Ricky made everything for all of us: )

It had quite small bathroom.

The staff were welcoming and accommodating to our requests. The cottages are set in an exceptionally nice location, very close to the lake, hill, and a beautiful island with an amazing beach. Being located on a marina added to the overall appeal.

We had an amazing time during our New Year's stay. the cottages were cozy and clean, with all the necessary amenities. the location was perfect for relaxation, nestled in a quiet area with beautiful surroundings. the fact that the cottages were pet-friendly was a huge plus for us, as we were able to bring our furry friend along. the staff was friendly and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable.

The cleanliness of the cabins could have been better, with some areas showing signs of neglect. there were a few maintenance issues that needed attention, such as broken windows and doors.

Great spot for a weekend getaway. Totally worth it, I would definitely recommend it! 👍

Stoneburg Cove Cottages in Carrying Place is a fantastic base for traveling. The apartment is stunning and conveniently located near the lake. It's just off the island, a marina, and a beautiful beach. The staff are friendly and accommodating. The venue offers multi-channel TV, a dining area, and a seating area.

The owners were friendly and helpful, and the neighbors were lovely. We enjoyed the brand new "blue house" that we stayed in. The location was great for kayaking and there was a fabulous beach nearby for swimming.

The cottage was in need of updating and was not well-maintained. The cleanliness was subpar, with ripped up floors and a strong odor.

Helpful staff who were ready to meet our needs. There's a kitchen in the cottage so you can cook your own meals if you'd like. 🍳

We had a fantastic stay at this venue by the lake, with a beautiful island offering an incredible beach and boating opportunities.
